As per the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India’s order (2018), online sale of firecrackers is not permitted. We accept product enquiries through our website; final sales are completed offline via phone or WhatsApp after confirming compliance with local laws.

Shipping Methods

• Self-Pickup: Customers can collect their orders from our store.

• Local Delivery: Available in select areas; charges vary based on distance.

• Third-Party Transport: For bulk/wholesale orders, we arrange transportation via authorized carriers.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation via phone/WhatsApp.

• Delivery timelines depend on location, availability, and transportation mode.

Delivery Charges

• Local delivery charges are calculated based on distance and weight.

• Transport charges for wholesale orders are borne by the buyer.

Risk & Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by transporters or unforeseen events (strikes, natural calamities, government restrictions).

• Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the transporter.
